If you have an item or concern that you want to discuss with the board, please contact Steve at Heywood two weeks prior to the upcoming board meeting and ask that it be added to the meeting agenda. Please keep your requests to items that concern the community, versus personal items. We will do our best to get appropriate items on the next meeting agenda.
If you have a project that you are interested in, please ask Steve to put it on the next meeting agenda. Come to the meeting prepared with an outline about the project and what resources you think it may take to implement. The board will discuss this with the homeowners at the meeting provided it is on the agenda.
Board meetings are planned from January-June and September-October. No meeting in July, August, November or December.
All homeowners will receive email notice 72 hours prior to meetings. Tenants are welcome to attend the board meetings.
2025 Board Meeting Schedule
All meetings are on the third Monday of each month at 6 PM, with the exception of July, August, November and December when the board doesn’t meet.
