Keep Runaway Point Tidy
Only put TRASH in the Trash Bins. Do Not put anything outside of the Trash Bins and do not put anything other than trash in the Trash Bins. If you have construction debris, have your contractor remove it. If you have furniture or appliances, please do a “request for service” on the Heywood Management website and they will arrange pick up and you will receive a bill for the service. Thank you.
Community Pool
Community Pool is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm daily. Please be respectful to your neighbors and take all belongings with you when you leave. The community restroom and trash bins are cleaned/emptied from Memorial Day to Labor Day ONLY. If you have a party at the pool, please consider throwing any trash in the large bins located outside of the pool area. Please remember no glass in the pool area.
Fenced Park Area
The fenced park area is for residents and their invited guests. Please make sure gates are locked when you leave. Dogs are welcome with their owners. Thank you for always picking up after your dog anywhere on our property.
